Running all aspects of the PatchWork Mobile Artistic Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.


2013 Local Creation, Altrincham | Creative Tutor/Network Organiser
Working at the community art centre as an animation tutor.


2012 Boulmer Court | Photography Sessions (in association with Equal Arts)
Digital photography classes delivered for a group of elderly persons within the community setting.

2010 - 2011 New Way Forward | Group Coordinator
Working as part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team for a local Mental Health Charity. I was the Group Coordinator for a number of 5-week courses in Digital Photography and Creative Writing for service users.


2008 – 2009 St. Nicholas Hospital
Working as a volunteer with service users accessing Mental Health services. My role was to facilitate, support and engage service users in the art room using a wide range of art mediums.

Exhibitions

Summer 2008 - Northumbria University

Degree show final year work titled ‘Matters Of The Mind’.

This work addresses issues of mental illness, focusing particularly on depression. Through the use of objects of a found nature and scenes within the home and street, the images metaphorically describe aspects of illness.



January 2009 - Zion Arts Centre

Solo Exhibition of Final Year Degree Work and Second Year work.



Autumn 2009 - Sale Waterside Arts Centre

Solo Exhibition of final year degree work and Second year work.

Exhibited in collaboration with Sale Waterside Arts Centre Staff.

Sold - ‘Music Over Banner’ to Sale Waterside Arts Centre. This is the first piece the Centre has purchased following a solo exhibition.
